- 4 scotch fillet steaks trimmed
- 1 2 cup balsamic vinegar

- 1 cup massel chicken style liquid stock
- 1 1 2 cups milk
- 1 1 2 cups instant polenta
- 30g unsalted butter
- 100g baby rocket

- combine the garlic oil salt and pepper in a large bowl add the steaks and toss to coat cover and refrigerate for 20 minutes
