Pizza Pronto


inspired pizza topping idea that uses a unique sauce and traditional Italian ingredients.

The ingredient of Pizza Pronto

  • 70 ml extra virgin olive oil
  • 220ml of water hot
  • 2 x sachets of 7 g of dry yeast
  • 1 2 teaspoon powdered sugar
  • 375g 2 1 2 cups white flour
  • 1 2 teaspoon salt
  • 2 coffee spoons of semolina
  • 100g sacla peppers figs and hazelnuts sauce
  • 150g 1 1 2 cup mozzarella cheese coarsely grated
  • 200g sweet potato finely sliced
  • 1 small red onion chopped
  • 100g of ham thinly sliced
  • baby rocket leaves to serve
  • lemon wedges to serve

The Instruction of pizza pronto

  • preheat the oven to 240c 220c fan forced grease 2 large baking sheets with 2 teaspoons of the oil combine the water yeast and sugar in a bowl set aside for 5 minutes or until foamy mix the flour and salt in a large bowl make a well in the centre add the yeast mixture and 2 tablespoons of oil stir until the dough just comes together
  • put the dough on a lightly floured surface and knead for 3 minutes until smooth divide the dough into 2 portions roll out each to a disc of 30cm sprinkle with prepared trays with semolina top with the dough spread the dough with the sauce and sprinkle with half the mozzarella
  • combine the potatoes onion and the remaining oil in a bowl divide between the bases sprinkle with the rest of the mozzarella bake swapping trays halfway for 15 minutes or until golden brown top with prosciutto sprinkle with arugula and serve with lemon wedges
