- 1 teaspoon salt
- 7g sachet dried yeast
- 3 4 cup milk at room temperature
- 1 2 cup lukewarm water
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 50g baby spinach leaves
- 150g feta crumbled

- arrange balls over base of prepared pan press reserved spinach and feta into gaps between dough balls cover with a tea towel set aside for 30 minutes or until dough has risen slightly
- preheat oven to 180u00b0c bake for 30 minutes or until golden serve warm or at room temperature
