  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons mirin
  • 3 teaspoons peanut oil
  • 600g coles australian beef rump steak thickly sliced
  • 2 spring onions thinly sliced
  • 1 large carrot peeled cut into matchsticks
  • 200g swiss brown mushrooms sliced
  • 2 garlic cloves crushed
  • 1 bunch buk choy trimmed coarsely chopped
  • sesame seeds toasted to serve

  • prepare soba noodles following packet directions refresh under cold running water drain well
  • meanwhile combine oyster sauce soy sauce and mirin in a small jug set aside
