  • 2 tsp olive oil
  • 1 brown onion thinly sliced
  • 550g coles finest by laurent rye sourdough vienna
  • 1 tbs dijon mustard
  • 1 beurre bosc pear thinly sliced
  • 1 2 cup 60g grated vintage cheddar
  • 1 2 cup 50g grated mozzarella
  • 1 tbs thyme leaves
  • 2 tsp honey
  • extra honey to serve
  • extra thyme leaves to serve

The Instruction of pear and cheese pull apart bread

  • preheat oven to 200u00b0c line a baking tray with 2 large pieces of foil
  • heat the oil in a frying pan over medium heat cook the onion stirring for 5 mins or until soft
  • slice the bread at 1 5cm intervals donu2019t cut the all the way through spread each slice with a little mustard fill cuts with onion pear cheddar mozzarella and thyme and drizzle with honey
  • wrap the loaf in foil to enclose bake for 20 mins or until cheese melts uncover and bake for a further 5 mins or until top is crisp drizzle with extra honey and sprinkle with extra thyme
