Baharat Lamb


The flavour-filled rub tastes great on the succulent lamb cutlets.

The ingredient of Baharat Lamb

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 12 lamb cutlets trimmed
  • tabouli tzatziki lebanese bread to serve
  • 1 1 2 tablespoons sweet paprika
  • 1 tablespoon ground black pepper
  • 3 teaspoons mccormick ground cumin
  • 2 teaspoons ground coriander
  • 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
  • 2 teaspoons ground cloves
  • 1 teaspoon ground cardamom
  • 1 2 teaspoon ground star anise
  • pinch of ground nutmeg

The Instruction of baharat lamb

  • make baharat spice rub place ingredients in a bowl mix well to combine
  • combine oil and 2 tablespoons spice rub see tip in a bowl brush over both sides lamb cutlets cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes if time permits
  • preheat a barbecue plate on medium heat until hot cook lamb for 3 minutes each side for medium or until cooked to your liking serve with tabouli tzatziki and lebanese bread
